Uninstall Instructions

We're sad to see you go and do hope you'll reconsider:( If you must remove Pharos, there are a few steps prior to uninstall.

First, Go to SETUP in the main menu (top left). This will open up another Salesforce tab. Here, go to Search and type in "Email Services". Then Click on Email Services in the search results.

Click on Error Email Handler (see below):

Then click on View under the Email Addresses section:

This opens up the Email Services section further. Here click Delete. A message will pop up asking if you are sure you want to delete. Click OK.

You will again be directed to the Email Service: Error Email Handler setup section where you will click Delete one more time and click Ok for the notification.

This last step will show you that the Pharos email service has been successfully deleted. You can then go to "Install Packages" in Salesforce and click the "Uninstall" button to uninstall Pharos.
