Below are instructions for enabling exception email forwarding on your email client. If you're using an email client other than gmail or outlook we still recommend that you check out the article. It will provide guidelines for creating a forwarding rule that you can follow within your own email client.
Gmail Instructions
The information you'll need for creating filters within gmail is below for your copy/pasting convenience. We'll be creating 2 filters that both forward to the same address but utilize different keywords.
Note the double quotation marks (") and please don't forget to copy them as well.
Filter #1
Has the words: "exception by user/organization:"
This filter will catch most of the apex code exception emails.
Filter #2
Has the words: "Salesforce Error ID:"
This filter should catch all flow errors such as screen flows, autolaunched flows and process builder.
Outlook Instructions
The information you'll need for creating filters within outlook is below for your copy/pasting convenience. We'll be creating 2 filters that both forward to the same address but utilize different keywords.
Note the double quotation marks (") and please don't forget to copy them as well.
Filter #1
Body keyword: "exception by user/organization:"

Finding the Confirmation Link
The video below details how to obtain the gmail confirmation link. This will also work for other apps with a similar confirmation flow, though the email contents format may vary. Start this process in the org where Pharos is installed.
